Free search engine traffic is always awesome, but I do love some social media traffic. For one of my websites I find Pinterest and Instagram to be awesome sources of traffic, but not so much for the others. Of course, a mix of all sorts of traffic sources is usually the best way to go, you never want all the eggs in one basket as they say. Find where the people are for your topic and give them what they want or need at the right time.

So true, like you, one of my sites does not do well in social media, but I do have a cosmetic website that does very well in Pinterest.I have not yet tried Instagram, as they say, get very good at one social media before moving to the next.I started with facebook then moved to Pinterest.But im hoping to soon try Instagram for my cosmetics site.
